Easy to communicate and coordinate with. I called and a rep came out for an estimate next day. They talked me through the process and thoroughly explained pricing. I did a front and back yard clear out, palm tree trimming. A large team of about 8 employees came out early am and started work. They had the big haul trucks and Lyfts. They suggested I do a pineapple shape for the large palm in front of the I didn't understand what that was. After looking at pictures, they came back next day to reshape upon my approval. Today I had them remove to large Queen Palms and 2 smaller White Birch. Palms are messy to begin with and just as messy to remove. I just bought my property recently & found out I needed a few messy trees cut down from my property that were knocking down a wall. The trees were in a really hard place to get to stuck behind a shed. They made it work and cut the trees as low as possible to stop them from knocking the wall over. They also cleaned everything up that fell on the other side of my wall & cleaned out all the branches that were on my property.
